ensure legal compliance for fundraising events, and provide exclusive updates regarding the
2026 inaugural campaign.

Your information is stored within a secure, encrypted environment. Access is strictly limited
to the Active Strategic Partners and authorized directors of Ace High Poker to maintain the
integrity of our elite circuit.
3. Disclosure & Third Parties
- Fundraising Partners: We may share anonymized attendance data with our community sporting partners to meet local Western Australia fundraising and PR requirements.
- No Commercial Sale: Your personal data will never be sold, traded, or shared with external marketing agencies.
4. Communication & Consent
By opting into the Ace High Registry, you consent to receive periodic, secure communications
via SMS and Email. You maintain the right to revoke this consent at any time via the
“STOP” functionality or by contacting our strategic desk directly.
5. Age Verification
As an elite sports-minded organization operating under Western Australian guidelines, access is
strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 years or older.

Members may request access to their stored data or seek corrections to their registry profile
by submitting a formal request through our official digital channels.
